BowfishIQ is a personal bowfishing logbook and planning tool. Scores, forecasts, and recommendations describe what your own logged history supports. Conditions change and no outcome is guaranteed.

• You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, and at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for your login credentials and everything done through your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Regulation information in the app is a research aid gathered from published sources, is sometimes incomplete, and can be out of date. Confidence labels tell you how reliable an entry is.

You are solely responsible for verifying current regulations, licenses, seasons, methods, and limits with the governing agency before fishing.

Bowfishing involves boats, water, low light, and archery equipment. You are solely responsible for safe operation and for the safety of everyone with you.

You keep ownership of the trips, notes, and photos you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and to anyone you share it with.

• Some features require a paid subscription. Price, billing period, and what is included are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the paid period.
• Purchases made through an app store are billed and refunded by that store under its own policies.
• Free-tier limits, such as photo storage caps, are enforced in the app and may change with notice.

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them or that create legal or safety risk.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost fish, lost time, travel costs, citations, or property damage arising from use of the app.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end access if these terms are violated or if operating the service becomes unlawful or impractical.

Material changes are published as a new version with a new effective date and may require your acceptance before you continue using the app.
